Questions before you sign up
Yes. zPOS runs in the browser and prints through your computer, so any USB barcode scanner and any thermal receipt printer your machine already recognises will work.
zPOS is a cloud system, so the counter needs a connection to bill. Most shops keep a mobile hotspot as a fallback — switching over takes a few seconds and the bill on screen is not lost.
Invoices carry VAT per item and per bill, and the VAT register report gives your accountant the figures in the format they file with. Rates are set per item or per category.
Upload them as a spreadsheet during setup — items, opening stock, customers, suppliers and outstanding dues. On Enterprise we do the migration with you.
Pick a plan and carry on with everything you entered. If you do nothing, the account pauses — your data stays put and you can export it at any time.
